If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 90 days of receiving the product. Items must come back in their original packaging and condition.
We sent the wrong thing? We replace it at no extra cost.
Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s cost in this case.

We send return instructions within 24 hours on working days. You then have 14 days to ship the product back.
Once the return reaches us, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days, to the original payment method only.
